Missing problems file and inference file

Following pytorch_inference.ipynb steps, created a ipynb in cd SageMaker/amazon-sagemaker-tsp-deep-rl but got
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'problems'
Cloned https://github.com/chaitjo/learning-tsp/tree/bb28f5795924d99f7e7d945695e884f8d1f7df45/problems to same directory
Got
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'inference'
Could not find inference python file/folder in any of both repo
Also same with streamlit run src/streamlit_demo.py, does not recognise problems folder

Yup, this was the terminal

I suspect haven't properly cloned the submodules git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/aws-samples/amazon-sagemaker-tsp-deep-rl.git. Then the files in learning-tsp folder are missing.

If you wanted to manually copy the required files, you need to copy the files from learning-tsp to the src folder. sth likecp -r learning-tsp/{nets,problems,reinforce_baselines.py,utils} src. pls let me know if it works or not. Cheers!

I have the same problem, when I try to run the pytorch_inference.ipynb, this error happens: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'problems'.

I could run the pytorch_inference.ipynb when I put it in src folder.
