fix(lambda): incorrect values for prop UntrustedArtifactOnDeployment (#…

The allowed values for `UntrustedArtifactOnDeployment` in the
`AWS::Lambda::CodeSigningConfig` resource type are 'Warn' and 'Enforce'.

This was incorrectly set in the CDK.
