chore: remove useless code

What this PR does / why we need it?

This PR removed useless code:

• SYS_ROCKSDB: system library is not supported.
• trust_metric: the unit test is not found.
• docs/build/gql_api.sh: file is not found.
• devtools/genesis-generator/metadata_multi_nodes_short_epoch_len.json
  This file is already deleted.
  It is still be here due to an auto-merge error during rebase, since IDs of our PR commits are not same as the finally merged commits.
