TenPartners, winner of the 2011 Jewish Futures Competition, is a non-profit platform that enables young Jews to collaborate and create great Jewish experiences for their local Jewish communities. We make Jewish community service more grass-roots, collaborative and accessible to a new generation of lay leaders. Members of a TEN partnership fund equal, small one-time donations into a local bank account that they manage, and then evaluate and vote on program proposals using our custom-built and easy-to- use collaboration platform. Members take turns (voluntarily) taking responsibility for a specific project. The TEN partnership system fosters creativity, involvement, collaboration and leadership without demanding large amounts of time or money or in-person meetings. Our web application supposed to manage the process of the tenpartners’ evaluation and decisions regarding potential new tenpartnership projects. Each tenpartnership will have its own dedicated collaboration site.
Important note: this app made for people who got permission to be in tenpartners group. They know the goals of the organisation and the app goal.
This is a web application, so nothing need to be installed. To use the application, you will need an account (free, issued by Tenpartners to each of the ten local members upon formation of the local tenpartnership) to log in (that corresponds to the email that we have for you). The site is password protected and only the ten members of the tenpartnership will have access to that tenpartnership’s site.
The first thing that you need to do after opening the site, is to log-in. You can log-in with your user name & password, or with Google, Twitter or Facebook.

The app has five pages for user and four pages for the admin:
For the user:

For the admin:

Board: the suggested projects that no tenmember has yes taken charge of. You can choose projects to manage.
Voting: all the projects that have management and waiting to the decision if execute them or not. By clicking on a project, a window opens with a general description of the project. You can vote for or against this projects. Before deciding what to vote for, you can ask questions and discuss the project details with the others members in the project chat.
My projects: all the projects that you choose to manage. You can see and change the price or the date of each project, or cancel your management.
After log-in, you are taken directly to the projects board.
From each page, you can easily navigate to all the other pages or create a new project by pressing the appropriate button at the bottom of the page, and also open the settings menu (by clicking on your profile picture at the top of the page).
