Macos CI build failing #380

Currently, multiple jobs are failing on the Macos build step. I tried running it on my fork, but could not replicate the results. Seems that others might be having this issue as well right now: actions-rs/cargo#111

I'm going to look more into this tomorrow, but just thought I should mention it in case others try to debug why CI is blocking.

It appears that CI is working again, so it was likely a temporary anomaly. I'll close this issue for now, but reopen it of I come across the problem again.
