We already added tracking to Archetypes and Resources are backed by archetypes. We should create a ChangedRes query/pointer.

Would that ChangedRes be and Option to check on at the start of the system, being None if the resource has not been added or mutated ? Or should it fit in a Query as an Iterator ?
