docs: migrate realtime server implementation #2955

Description

Removes the realtime server for testing WebSockets and Server Sent Events (SSE) in htmx to the extension repository, as mentioned in issue #2944.

This should be viewed in pair with PR bigskysoftware/htmx-extensions#103

Corresponding issue: #2944
