docs: fix broken links in Docker tutorial#4285

The hardcoded_stuff.tsx file was removed in commit a89fa18 but the Docker tutorial documentation still referenced it. Updated the links to point to the current ProviderRegistry.tsx file which contains the same provider and API key information that users need for Docker configuration. Fixes broken links that were returning 404 errors.

Problem
The Docker tutorial documentation contained broken links to
hardcoded_stuff.tsxwhich was removed in commit a89fa18 (PR #2744). These links were returning 404 errors when users tried to access them.Solution
Updated the broken links to point to the current
ProviderRegistry.tsxfile, which contains the same provider and API key information that users need for Docker configuration.Changes
