is this command correct? shouldnt it be prerfaced by npx or cargo install?

The Cargo installation (seen in the installation notes) adds the i-ching-mcp-server binary to the PATH, so yes, this should be correct once installed.

This is a binary installed on the PATH by cargo, so it doesn't roll up to any of the allowed shims.

Pull Request Description
Adding my I Ching MCP to the Goose extension directory. All the screenshots in my README were generated in Goose with a locally-configured extension.
