This PR updates the desktop UI’s “external backend” connection behavior to respect the backend-supported GOOSE_PORT environment variable (instead of always using :3000), and removes the unused GOOSE_EXTERNAL_PORT export from the dev helper command.
Changes:

We were setting GOOSE_EXTERNAL_PORT but not using it. instead use GOOSE_PORT that is already supported by the backend
