Installing Harmony as a local mod

1. Close the game
2. Unsubscribe the workshop version of the Harmony mod
3. Download and extract the CitiesHarmony.zip file
4. Copy the CitiesHarmony folder from the ZIP file to to C:\Users\<your name>\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods (Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Colossal Order/Cities_Skylines/Addons/Mods)
