Installing Harmony as a local mod

  1. Close the game
  2. Unsubscribe the workshop version of the Harmony mod
  3. Download and extract the CitiesHarmony.zip file
  4. Copy the CitiesHarmony folder from the ZIP file to to C:\Users\<your name>\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods

Note

Installing the Harmony mod locally might fix some issues with broken mods (IndexOutOfRangeException).
The actual problem is caused by those mods incorrectly using Harmony, and the creators of those mods need to resolve the issue.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE FUTURE MOD UPDATES IF YOU INSTALL THE HARMONY MOD LOCALLY!
