Uplift into production approved after deliberating with @brave/uplift-approvers. QA has verified the above change on Nightly, BETA & Release using staging as per #866 (comment) & #866 (comment). The functionality of the feature was QA'd/verified more thoroughly via brave/brave-browser#31229 as per brave/brave-browser#31229 (comment), brave/brave-browser#31229 (comment), brave/brave-browser#31229 (comment) & brave/brave-browser#31229 (comment).
