Describe the issue you encountered:
After filling out an address in about:autofill and saving it, the result is lost / nothing appears to happen.

Expected behavior:
Address is saved

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
    Windows 10 Pro x64
  • Brave Version:
    0.12.2 RC2 (clean session)
  • Steps to reproduce:
    1. Delete your session file to ensure you have a clean profile
    2. Launch Brave and go to about:autofill
    3. Click "Add Address"
    4. Fill in the following parameters:
      nameBrian
      orgBrave Software
      address1234 Street
      cityChandler
      stateAZ
      postalCode85225
      countryUSA
      phone602-555-1212
      emailclifton@brave.com
    5. click save
    6. If result does save, delete it and re-do steps 2 - 4. The second time for sure it will fail.

Auditors: @bridiver, @bbondy

Test Plan:
1. Create autofill data from "0.12.1" and close brave
2. Copy "session-store-1" and "Web Data" to somewhere else
3. Copy the files in step 2 to your brave folder
4. Lauch brave "0.12.2"
5. Autofill data created from "0.12.1" should be listed in "about:autofill"
6. Should be able to add new autofill data
