Description

Disable the HTTP client timeout for artifact clients.

Context

When refactoring the HTTP clients in #3017, I set a default timeout of 60 seconds. This is a change from the default HTTP client previously used for artifact operations, which had no timeout.

Testing

  • Tests have run locally (with go test ./...). Buildkite employees may check this if the pipeline has run automatically.
  • Code is formatted (with go fmt ./...)
