This change perserves
metadata.versionkeys in the buildpack plan provided to0.2buildpacks.0.2buildpacks may expectmetadata.versionorversionand therefore we provide both. The same change has been made for the Platform0.3BOM. Users of existing APIs may receive extra keys but no keys are removed.
