feat: remove setup-availability step in onboarding flow

What does this PR do?

• I am chunkifying the new onboarding flow (feat: New onboarding flow #17251) into smaller PRs
• This PR removes one step from the onboarding flow: /setup-availability and create default availability schedules when /getting-started renders
• Can be merged only after feat: remove 2 steps from the onboarding flow for google signups #17787 is merged

• Go through a sign up process using (1) Google sign-in and (2) Normal email sign-in. DM me if you need help with this.
