Added "getLegendAsSvg" and "getLegend" in the API; the "createLegends" function is still there and points to getLegendAsSvg for backwards compatibility. Adapted the legend example to use the new API

This uses the PNG output for
geostyler-legendto allow getting a spec legend as PNG. This is used in the PDF example to include the legend in a following page.
