Fixes for #156

  • Fixed lint issues and test failures
  • Added logic to handle case when patient name is not populated on retrieved resource
  • Prefetch Handling Enhancements:
    • Replaced manual promise counting
    • Streamlined error handling
    • Consolidated usePost logic

@jmandel These fixes should resolve the build errors from the Enhanced Patient Selection PR
