Harmonizing structure names across a cohort

We provide a graphical interface to map structure and dose labels to a standard list, across a cohort of CERR-format files.

The CERR+ tool

Run structureNameMapGUI from the Matlab command window to launch the renaming tool.

Provide the path to the CERR archives to be edited.
Specify the desired structure labels as a pipe-separated list:
str1_name| str2_name| str3_name
Select "Start scan".

On the "Match Names" tab, map the available structures to the desired label.

Review your changes under the "Results" tab and write the harmonized files to disk.
