Add a project region for GP120

It will overlap with V3LOOP, and it should have key positions inside the primers that Winnie recently used: HXB2 positions 6354-7651.

• add project region and key positions
• check if sort order needs to be tweaked on MiCall page in QAI
• report reads as coverage in both V3LOOP and GP120

Change the coverage reports to use G2P alignment for V3LOOP, and mapped reads for GP120. Allow the reads aligned in G2P to go through the remapping step, so they can be counted twice.
