Automatic cover upload

For technical reasons library view mode available on newer Kindle models don't display covers embedded in e-book file but use a special cover cache. And that cache is not updated when the file is manually sideloaded by dropping it to Documents folder.

To have proper covers in library view one of two things must be done:

  1. Kindle need to be connected to the computer during KCC conversion. This way cover cache will be updated automatically. After that files can be sideloaded normally.
  2. KCC created MOBI file need to be uploaded through Calibre. Just make sure that book record has proper cover set before uploading.
