Sorry for the inconveniences. I was upgrading infrastructure yesterday and there was a race condition in how machines are coming back online. In this case a task was assigned before the virtualization started.

I've re-ran your task. We've also added #490 which will fix it for future upgrades.

Generally re-running works, but we're hitting this a lot and it's making our CI very flaky.

@stuartmorgan sorry about that. It seems the issue is happening only on two workers d9-6 and k16-1. I've manually reset both of them and verified the big-sur-xcode-13 image.
