Second release for test deployment for version 3.4.3.Final of Keycloak

Second release of the WS-Fed Keycloak module for version 3.4.3.Final of Keycloak. This release is intended for test environments only, and has the correction for the following issues:

• #6
• #5

There are currently no known bugs for this module, but it has not yet been investigated for security issues, making unsuitable for a productive environment.
