On a quick look the differences look similar as in cms-sw/cmssw#37868 (comment). E.g. 10024.0 Tracking/Track/cutsRecoBtvLike_trackingParticleRecoAsssociation/chi2mean_vs_phi there (BinToBin: 9.47E-01)

and here (BinToBin: 9.47E-01)

cms-sw/cmssw#37868 was included in CMSSW_12_5_X_2022-05-30-2300, and here the the reference IB was CMSSW_12_5_X_2022-05-30-1100.

This pull request is fully signed and it will be integrated in one of the next IB/CMSSW_12_5_X/master IBs (but tests are reportedly failing). This pull request will now be reviewed by the release team before it's merged. @perrotta, @dpiparo, @qliphy (and backports should be raised in the release meeting by the corresponding L2)
