SiStrip Lorentz Angle PCL: minor fixes

PR description:

Submitting a couple of minor fixes to the SiStrip Lorenzt Angle PCL modules introduced in #42574, that were spotted during this presentation.

• fix swapped axes labels
• make 2D histograms plotted in color scale by default
