Describe the bug
If a user account is deleted on users request, shifts in the future, this user subscribed to, are not cleaned up.
There's a leftover and one slot occupied.

To Reproduce

  • register user
  • subscribe to shift
  • self-delete user account
  • inspect shifthelpers

Expected behavior
I'd expect this user being unsubscribed from shift, when deletion process is finished successfully.

When user requests account deletion and still subscribed to future shifts,
this subscription is removed, so slot is free for reuse.
Fixes coders4help#477.
