At least the first link ("create a network of two nodes") is broken.

edit: A lot of the links don't work, and several are redundant with the docs/sdk/clients.md, which runs through the transaction sequence anyways.

aside: Can we figure out a way to write literate documentation? That would solve this problem.

We're working on a better organisation of docs which should solve that.
