[tests-only]Check for issue not mentioned to a test in expected to failure in reva-edge #3263

Description

  • Cleans up issues that has no failed related tests on expected to failure file (most of them are closed)
  • Put issue to the failed tests if missing
  • clean up description

This looks the same as line 208.
It was already duplicated at line 210, so not a new thing. We should find a way to check for duplicates in expected-failures. The linter should be able to do that.

@phil-davis yes may be we can update linter to make a check. a separate issue can be made.
