While making the groovy module able to run compiled groovy stepdefs in e8e7457 I broke the build - see #206. Fixing that problem forced me to disable the native groovy runner. Need to look into hauner/grails-cucumber to pick up some clues.

hauner/grails-cucumber has some code to launch cucumber in Cucumber.groovy, and we should maybe move this to cucumber-groovy proper.

Ambiguous step definitions don't cause Cucumber to blow up, they just…

… fail the step. Fixed #206, but broke the native groovy CLI runner, which I had to disable - see #212
