this fixes #212

Actually it just passes the "correct" parameters to cucumber-jvm.groovy

First, it was missing target/test-classes in the class path and second,
to make the groovy backend load both step types, the compiled steps and the interpreted steps, we have to pass two different --glue paths.

That is a bit tricky.

The backend needs --glue src/test/resources to find the interpreted steps and --glue cucumber/runtime/groovy or --glue cucumber.runtime.groovy to find the compiled steps.
