AI tools windows closes after model selection

My actions before raising this issue

When selecting a model in the AI tools window the window will close if the model being selected is outside of the initial window. In the image below selecting the model in the green circle will not cause the window to close but selecting the model in the red circle will cause the window to close.

Expected Behaviour

The window to never close when selecting a model.

Current Behaviour

Window will close when selecting model if the model in the drop down is outside of initial window.
