Remove version from Spring Boot artifacts and add a note about SB version #1365
Description
Expected Behavior
The user should know where to get the latest release from, instead of having the latest version in the documentation. As they might need an older version.
The user should also know which version of Spring Boot is required for the Spring Boot dependencies.
Actual Behavior
Hardcoded version and no big note about Spring Boot 3.x required.
