What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. wget http://gsdview.appspot.com/dart-editor-archive-continuous/latest/DartBuild-macosx.cocoa.x86_64.zip
2. unzip DartBuild-macosx.cocoa.x86_64.zip
3. Open Sunflower sample

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see the project open in the left side Library window. Instead nothing displays except the main dart file and a bunch of errors on build.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Also happening with win64 build of dart editor. I first noticed that the libraries weren't showing in editor build 4830.

You can get them to show by opening a library, then closing and restarting the editor. It just doesn't show them if you open the library within the same "editing session".

We are in the middle of replacing the Libraries view with a new Files view. We should have the new view in place sometime Tuesday. Please use the integration build until we can land that and get the continuous build settled.
