Don't mark whole class

When a class doesn't fully implement an interface then the whole class body (including the method bodies) is marked (with yellow underlines).
It would be much nicer if only the header would be marked.

This is actually a problem in the compiler. The CompilationError that is being produced in this case should have it's source range set to the source range for the name of the class, not the whole file.

This code compiles without any warning at all.

                  void foo();
                }
                class Test implements Foo {
                }

There seems to be another bug in DartC. Apparently you need to add a constructor to get the warning. Also you need to instantiate the class.

interface Foo {
  void foo();
}
class Test implements Foo {
  Test();
}
bar() {
  return new Test();
}
