Support SLES 15 SP3 in CSI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Volume creation on SLES 15 SP3 takes more than 10 minutes. After using node-kernel-5.4 image problem went away.

Should replace hanging tools, like parted and partprobe
