This PR makes OldTwitter emit request responses to the window's event listener, allowing other extensions such as Blue Blocker to make use of it.
I will shortly be opening a PR in the Blue-Blocker repo to add support for this 🎉
This will close #88 and kheina-com/Blue-Blocker#185 once both PRs are merged
