[Shell][iOS] No way to set search handler ClearPlaceholderIcon color

Description

On Android, the ClearPlaceholderIcon color follows the TextColor property of the search handler. However, iOS does not follow any properties, so there's no way to change that color.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Follow these steps https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/maui/fundamentals/shell/search?view=net-maui-8.0
2. Set the ClearPlaceholderIcon, TextColor, and PlaceholderColor
3. The ClearPlaceholderIcon will not be customized
