Looks like the 404's for the dotnet install are hitting us hard again in cases like: https://dev.azure.com/dnceng/public/_build/results?buildId=1225947&view=logs&jobId=9d8498d2-c5b7-54d8-6df7-a2ce7e14e68c&j=9d8498d2-c5b7-54d8-6df7-a2ce7e14e68c&t=f4223f25-7504-501d-83bc-e56a3511e7c5, except this doesn't look like the one we've tracked so far.

@MattGal helped me to contact a dot.net person to look into the problem. On our side, everything seems to be in order.
