Can we first enable some build/test leg in the CI? It's preferable to have a line of defense. Nobody likes when a checkin that passed the CI fails the official build. |

There’s a PR with the test legs (#99688) but it’s currently waiting for one small JIT change to be merged first. I am fine waiting for the tests PR. |
