Fixed the We hit the same issue in previous release - @dotnet/source-build is there a tracking issue for fixing this? |

It was fixed here: https://dev.azure.com/dnceng/internal/_git/dotnet-release/pullrequest/48038. That went in after the SB release pipeline runs had been started. |
