This scares me a bit - why do we need to forward-port? Is RC2 not merging back into 10.0.1xx mainline? cc @marcpopMSFT Similarly scared about any VMR-only fixes on RC2 that would need to be forward ported. |

Yep, I don't think there is any flow from the RC2 branch, neither here nor in the vmr. At least not an automatic one, perhaps there will be a manual flow, I don't know. |
