It would be nice to fix minor sonarlint proposal https://sonarcloud.io/project/issues?id=org.eclipse.che%3Ache-server&pullRequest=18815&resolved=false&types=CODE_SMELL

Change che-server code to fix SonarLint proposal.

Describe alternatives you've considered

We can set up bigger limit amount constructor arguments in the Sonar lint kube.

Issues go stale after 180 days of inactivity. lifecycle/stale issues rot after an additional 7 days of inactivity and eventually close.

Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale in a new comment.

If this issue is safe to close now please do so.
