Builders code is mostly boilerplate. It makes hard to understand the main functionality of zenoh primitives. The "builders" directory was made to contain all this code, but the moving of builders was not finished.
This PR completes this job: it moves all remaining builders (except few unstable/internal ones) into "builders" directory
