About this PR

I've created the following PR for OpenTelemetry. I would like to work on this RFC in parallel with the following PR and have it merged in time for the 8.17 feature freeze (Ideally the first week of Nov(~8th))

• add origin_referrer_url, origin_url and zone_identifier to the file attribute
• add origin_referrer_url, origin_url and zone_identifier to the process attribute
