tinstantiate is protected so you will be able to override it (and use it)
https://getcomposer.org/doc/03-cli.md#install-i composer install --no-dev skips the require-dev dependencies of the project. The require-dev dependencies of the packages are never installed.

This PR modifies #997 by renaming the added method and therefore fixes #1176 as the aforementioned method is now accessible via
ClientBuilder
fromConfig
as well.
