This PR upgrades the ezimuel/ringphp dependency from version 1.2.2 to 1.3.0.

Changes: ezimuel/ringphp@5e4ee1d

Motivation

The current version of ringphp (1.2.2) enforces a dependency on React Promise ~2.0, which conflicts with projects using React Promise v3.

Thank you in advance!

@MaelitoP I just merged this PR. Can you give me a feedback about the test using ezimuel/ringphp 1.3.0? Are you using elasticsearch-php 6.8.x branch? I'm thinking to release a new version of elasticsearch-php 6.8.4 with this fix.

I'm using a fork at the moment (of 6.8.x branch), and it works well. It'll be great if you can release a new version of elasticsearch-php with this fix :)
