Kibana version: master

Summary

Seems the click interaction is not available even if the transaction links are shown in the overview. Once the table is done loading metrics and sparklines, the user can interact. There shouldn't be a reason for us to wait, if the user wants to continue on a slow loading page.

It's fixed for the spark plots, but not for refreshing data (e.g. by selecting a different time range). Opened another issue for that: #110016
