Describe the feature:

We heavily work with kibana, and it would be nice, to allow the configuration of some UI features like the position of the elements under "Auto refresh" and "Last ...". This would be very useful if they were right aligned:

The alignment has moved in v5 and 6. This is likely no longer an issue.
