Mark a room as read

Your use case

Mark a room as read using the drop down from the room list.

• Add "Mark as Read" to the top of the list
• If room is already read, do not show the option
• Once selected the menu closes and the action is completed
• Option to mark as read is only added to the "..." option on the room list

Questions for @amshakal

If this is the drop down menu available, where in the list should "mark as read" go.
Note; in the future we will have "mark as unread" in the same place if everything in the timeline is read (but in the meantime should we grey it out, rather than have the list jump around?)

Also, should we add the option to the room list header?

• As you'll be clicking on Mark as Read more often than anything else in the list, we should add it to the top.
• If mark as read is not available (because the room is read already) then hide the option from the list.
• Once mark as read has been tapped, the menu disappears (just like when you select "Favourite").
• We don't need to add this option anywhere else.
• If a room is on mute, the option still shows.

This also goes hand-in-hand with the changes needed for "Mark all as Read".

@gsouquet does this mark threaded messages as read? I keep hearing that it doesn't work for threaded messages...
